| This is from a snorkling trip that my brother Kemton and I made to X-Puha, south of Playa del Carmen. We took the bus, only cost us 4 pesos each. We used a disposable camera made to be used underwater. The area we snorkled in was close to shore, within swimming distance. This is one of the larger reefs we saw. It was about 100 feet long, and about 30 feet wide. The fish and coral were astounding, and the reef was only covered by 4 feet of water above it. | |
