The ruins of Tulum were incredibly beautiful! The ancient Mayan city is situated on a coastal cliff, with some beaches at the base of the cliff. It wasn't very crowded, and there were plenty of ruins over a large spread of land. We didn't get a chance to go swimming down on the beach, but the water was prettier here than anywhere else we had seen!
